STORE POLICY

Customer Care

  • All services come with a complimentary shampoo. All hair will be examined upon arrival to ensure cleanliness, if hair has any residue, a wash will be required at no cost to you. 

  • Please be sure to book for every service. I will not be able to perform any extra services on the day of your appointment & if this occurs you may be charged an inconvenience fee. 

  • Please no extra guest unless they are being serviced

  • Please understand that I do not rush any service provided, if you have an appointment with me please be sure to book your next appointment (wax, lashes, nails) 3-4 hours from your hair appointment. I will not rush under any circumstance. 

  • Please be sure that all bundles are washed & dried if you plan to bring your own hair. Please understand that if you arrive at your appointment with wet extensions you will incur an inconvenience fee. 

Payment

A $25 deposit is required to secure booking for any service. This cost will be deducted from the total cost of service. Your deposit can be paid when booking. 

Late Fee

You are allotted a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins you will be charged a $10 late fee & after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. 

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made 24-48 hours in advance via the link sent when booking. If you fail to cancel you can incur a fee for half of your service.

Refund/ Echanges

  • There will be no refunds or exchanges given on any service. You have 24-48 to submit any concerns or issues with your style & I will gladly fix your hair. 

  • If I have to cancel for any unforeseen reason you will be refunded any funds.
